Research

Dr. Tucker pursued research exploring Information Technology employee turnover during the COVID-19 pandemic in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. He wanted to understand what strategies managers that experienced low turnover on their teams used to retain their employees during the pandemic.

This work was conducted and submitted in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree Doctor of Business Administration at Columbia Southern University. This was Dr. Tucker’s fourth doctorate and the most important in helping him achieve his professional goals.

Dr. Tucker successfully defended his dissertation and it was approved by his committee on November 19, 2024.
