Research Interests

I am currently pursuing research exploring employee turnover during the COVID-19 pandemic in the Information Technology industry. I want to explore the traits of managers that experienced low turnover during the global pandemic.

This work is being conducted in partial fulfillment of my Doctor of Business Administration at Columbia Southern University.
